   Levi Okunov showed his Fall 2006 Outerwear at Cafe Deville in Greenwich Village to an adoring crowd of fashion buyers and fashionistas.
   Is OUTERwear something you wear over your clothes or something you wear when you go out? For Levi, it's both.
   'Levi is on the rise,' said Marta Michaud, Wilhemina Creative Management. 'His coats are like outfits. You can wear anything underneath them, and still dominate the room when you walk in. '
    'Levi is right for the time,' said Michael Gallagher, the fashion magazine collector. 'Without any formal training, he's arguably one of the best cutters in the world right now. He learned from his family, from his Aunt.'
